Notice: For health reasons some products such as earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
If you want to return your items, please notify us by email firstly stating the reason and the order number for the return within 24 hours of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items MUST be sent back complete with the original jewelry package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation or Royal Mail signed for service. Tiffanyonlinestore.us is not responsible for packages lost in transit. The refund will be reimbursed to your credit card account within 10 days after receiving the returns. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 10 days of you receiving them complete with jewelry packaging. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with your order number and details (a picture) of the fault you wish to return. In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund the postage costs upon request.
Please note that we cannot accept the returns for the reason that you just don't like the items. So, please check over before you place an order.
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us at service@Tiffanyonlinestore.us ASAP. Our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the order from being processed or shipped. .But there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If it is stopped in time before delivery, a 10% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. You can return the parcel received for a refund. Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer), we'll arrange a refund (original shipping charges are non-refundable) in 7 working days.
